Made an appointment on June 16th., to have an on board generator installed that I supplied. We are finally able to pick it up July 28. What was the point in making an appointment.
Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Delivery was on time and the walk through was informative and went through any deficiency that were repaired before delivering. Thus is a used unit and it was delivered with everything working as it should. Much appriated knowing I can hook up and head of to new adventures with confidence. Jon

Love my new trailer we purchased a few months ago It's a pro-Lite S . When you arrive at the Longhaul trailer you will be greeted by friendly staff. Lots of trailers to look at. Darren was amazing at helping us, he was so nice and made us very comfortable, We did not feel pressure at any moment. A big shot out to Tim he is an amazing guy he took his time explaining everything to us.. thanks for a great experience buying our first trailer.
I have bought vehicles and RVs and trailers all across Canada. We dealt with Darren in sales. He was a perfect gentleman. He is probably the most honest salesman I’ve met. We did the transaction by email. He gave us a perfect description of the condition of the trailer as we were buying it site unseen. He was 100% accurate in his description.
