Staff here are just so unhelpful and inconsiderate all they do is blindly following procedures almost feels like speaking to Chat GPT or other AI that’s literally what’s the reception like.
Spoke with a realy lovely receptionist today who put my mind at ease and booked me an appointment. I have been a patient here for many years and I'm generally very happy with the service, especially the asthma nurses. The waiting room could do with cheering up a bit though!
told me i had whooping cough when i didn't, i then got pneumonia because i was being treated for the wrong thing. Never even prescribed me an inhaler even though i begged them for it because i couldn’t breathe. I ended up majorly ill for six months unable to work because i was vomiting coughing and passing out 24/7 and they refused to write me a sicknote without me going for another appointment that they then cancelled/rearranged multiple times. Rubbish practice.
Waiting almost 1 hour midday in a queue of 1 persons to book an appointment, joke.
My Girlfriend who is registered at this gp was misdiagnosed with authoritis and almost had a life changing surgery for the completely wrong thing. Now that she has the correct diagnosis from a diffrent medical centre, this GP is trying to charge £38 for a copy of the diagnosis. So my girlfriend who has been put through hell by this GP needs to pay. She needs the diagnosis sheet to update her pip claim and get access to the lifts at college. It's outrageous.
