Used to provide great service, but now they have such an enormous client base, their prices have ballooned and their customer service has deteriorated to a terrible state. We had an appointment booked for 10:20am and 40 mins later, after visiting the reception desk twice, I left without my dog being seen. No information was shared about the wait time and no indication given about how much longer we would have to wait. We won't be returning.
