I had to choose one star because I cannot put zero Terrible service, especially from the reception staff. I really needed my notes because I rely on my inssurance. first they lied and then they just decided to ignore my inssurance's emails. After mentioning my experience with some residents in Longford I found out that this centre has such a bad reputation. If you are international please ask to your inssurance to make an appointment in the town, not in there.

Lack of information between reception and drs. Received a bill of $70 for a phone consultation which shouldn’t have been made if they had done their job correctly the first time. They did erase it after I went and complained. And said I shouldn’t have received it.

Very rude reception lady at Perth, everything I askd was a no, and she told me I need to keep better check on my prescriptions so they don't run out, sorry but sometimes life gets busy and you forget about these things, hope she changes her attitude real soon!!!

I have found the admin and Drs have always been great and gone the extra mile to help out. They helped me with my feverish daughter and helped my mum out tonight. Thank you to the staff working tonight and the staff working May 2nd.
