I am very impressed with how smoothly ran and competent Longfellow Dental are. I registered as an NHS patient online, they sent me all the forms to fill in the next day, and then the day after that they called me to get me booked in for a checkup the day after! My appointment happened exactly at the booked time and the dentist was really attentive and friendly, taking time to ensure they answered any questions I had. Been a patient here for many years and both my children have since birth. The surgery is always clean and spotless. Reception staff are always very friendly, polite and willing to help. Have been treated by Dr Andrew Leering on our last 3 check ups. He’s very professional and friendly, puts you at ease and explains what he’s doing throughout, always giving helpful tips too. We’re all really pleased with him and nothing feels like an inconvenience.
I have nothing but praise for Longfellow Road Dental Practice who were able to see me at short notice for an urgent assessment and tooth extraction. The dentist who did the work, Andrew Leer, was very friendly, reassuring and professional in the treatment given. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dental practice.
Had a clean with Sunny today. She was very patient and calming. I'm not great with injections, and she was ever so gentle. It's evident she takes great pride in her work and strives for excellence even if it takes longer than the allocated time. After multiple bad experiences over the years, Sunny gentle approach and patience was highly appreciated and went some way to restoring my faith in the dental profession.
I highly recommend this dental practice. I have spent 15 years being so scared of the dentist after a bad experience at a previous practice. I attended this dental practice in a lot of pain, I ended up having a tooth removed and the dental nurse was so patient and understanding with me. The dental nurse and her assistant went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe, they helped me to calm down after I got panicky. They listened to me and understood everything I said.
