Aditi and Lynn both possess the expertise and interpersonal skills to provide diagnosis and treatment. They also provide clear recommendations for exercises/stretching when at home or in the gym.
Over the years as an Ironman Triathlete, I have had many injuries. I have also had elective surgery for rotator cuff, broken collar bones, fractured ankles, pulled muscles and left and right hip replacements along with lower back pain and whiplash from a recent car accident.. Lynne and Aditi are professional, friendly, and welcoming. I’ve worked with both of them for physical therapy and they have their unique styles for healing that helped to get me out of pain and back onto the trails so I can hike again. I recommend the Health Center for anyone that needs PT.
