I parked through SpotHero for a one hour appointment and needed to arrive minutes early for an appointment nearby because they do not allow you to park at 15/45 on the hour. While SpotHero warns that the garage “may” charge you for being early, to the tune of $17.99 (on top of the $13 I spent to book it) is highway robbery given that: 1) I stayed for 59 minutes of the 1 hour, 2) I exited the garage early before my time expired. I parked here for a doctor’s appointment and the staff person assisted me in parking my vehicle. He asked me to move closer to the wall and I did - and then he asked me to move closer again while he directed me, into the wall. I got out of my car to look at the damage and he lied and said “I told you to be careful” and literally walked away. I reported the damage that day but they claimed I didn’t and refused any liability. Lesson learned to not let someone direct me while parking in the future - and to find somewhere else t... read more
