TOTALLY AWESOME !!! They have the BEST staff and are so helpful in many ways. When you first call to make an appointment, there may dates available or there may not be any available due to the high volume of patients requesting to be treated there. BUT THE WAIT IS WELL WORTH IT! When I first went there I was unable to bend my knee, or walk very long but by the end of my time there, I am now able to walk, bend knees, and as I say, "be able to walk normal without walking like a penguin!" I've been to physical therapy many times beginning in college, with several different therapists, including three times in the past at Longevity following surgeries. I just concluded my fourth time at Longevity for specialized therapy. It wasn't fun, but it was hugely successful as were the three previous times. They constantly checked on me after each exercise to see how I was doing, did I need a rest, was I feeling ok. They are very professional, and very good at what they do. My wife had knee replacement surgery she ended up spending night in hospital. longevity refused to accept her after her 2 weeks of home health PT ordered by her surgeon. per Terri the higher ups refused because we missed initial eval appt even though Laurie that works there was aware of admission to hospital and home health x 2 weeks. Also told us because we were doing home health we could not be seen at longevity at same time. Have an amazing group at this location. From the eval with Sarah to the pt with Jared they are both amazing and awesome people. Their knowledge is unsurpassed and it’s a fun place to do pt. I’m so glad to be doing my pt there. Gotta get Paul to serve croissants next!
