If I had more choices I would have given them a 4.9 not because they weren't excellent but because nothing is perfect there's always growth room for growth and Improvement. I am very grateful to The Physician who sent me here and I feel fortunate to have come to a place where they knew exactly what to do for what I thought was a very exotic problem On the first day Megan who has a doctorate in physical therapy did a very thorough evaluation and recognize things that no one else had noticed that was a good start

After having Surgery I attempted to arrange therapy through Sebastian Office and had nothing but difficulties after my home visiting nurse tryed to accomplish the same task of getting me an appointment yet was stonewalled if you are attempting to get help with longevity I suggest you go through vero I believe a woman AMY she was very helpful 😊😊✌️

Only place I go for therapy. A great staff. Very helpful, kind and caring and knowledgeable.

Let me start by saying, I was so upset when my surgeon told me I HAVE to go to Physical therapy. I chose Longevity because it is close to home. I knew the minute I received the phone call to schedule my appointment, that I made the right decision. The office manager, Lori, was so professional and friendly. I learned at my initial visit with Megan that this was the practice throughout. The way the therapists work as a team is impressive. Patients are never left unattended. There is always laughter.
