I had my first Dexa Scan and Co2Max test done one year ago after reading “Outlive”. I just did the second Scan a year later as well as the RMR (Resting Metabolic rate) test. I find the information by itself very helpful but even more though seeing the annual changes. Amy is extremely personable , knowledgeable, attentive and willing to answer questions. I strongly recommend Dexa Westport.
