I love going there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lindsay Phillips is who I see and she is very professional, she explains the procedure before we start. I highly recommend longevity.
10/10 would highly recommend. The office staff is friendly and helpful and Lindsay Phillips is my go to there for all things beauty. From my Botox to my laser hair removal, I couldn’t be happier with my results.

I purchased a product and paid in advance. The initial nurse was inadequate & bruised me severely while trying to draw blood and still wasn't successful. I never received the product that I paid for and have contacted them by email, phone, & visited the facility. At this point, my perception is that the south location has stolen approximately $500 for a service/product I never fully received. She also hit a nerve when giving me a B12 injection that caused pain for several d… See more
