I have been seeing Cross at both the Deagon and Aspley locations for the past few months, and the experience has been fantastic. His patience and incredible eye for detail make a massive difference in every session. Cross ensures my form is absolutely perfect and tailors everything to my pace, which has helped me make real, safe progress. I'm a 72 year old female recently diagnosed with osteoporosis. Despite having no previous structured exercise experience I approached Cross Wiltshire Longevity EP who listened to my concerns then tailored a realistic program for me. More importantly he gave me the confidence I need to improve my health and fitness in a more proactive way. I feel better and stronger already.
I’d highly recommend Cross for anyone looking for a quality EP. Cross is very attentive and genuinely cared about building my confidence and performance at the gym. He was receptive to my concerns around some of my mobility issues, developing a fun and challenging program that allowed me to achieve my results without aggravating my limited range of motion.
