I am in my mid-70’s and new to Longevity, but after 2 months, I can attest to it being something I’ve been seeking but didn’t realize how much I needed. As a complete program whose goal is overall fitness, it encompasses balance and agility, strength and power and cardio improvement. The classes are run efficiently and professionally but also with a lighthearted attitude. Since I started Ben Weller’s Longevity program, I’ve increased my balance, agility, cardio, and strength. I feel the best I have felt since pre-Covid v times. Having physiotherapists guiding the workout means personalized beneficial challenges and accommodations.

I’ve just started working out at Longevity Bloomington and I can’t say enough about how I’m liking the whole experience. I was looking for a fitness regimen for a senior like myself and this workout checks all the boxes. I especially like the fact that Ben and Rachel are both physical therapists and certified personal trainers.
