Had a wonderful time, first eye doctor I tried in Fort Wayne and I will say I had a better experience than I have ever had at any other eye doctor establishment. Lauren and Dr Pham and all the other staff were extremely welcoming and got me set up with some glasses and contacts that I’m excited to get! Highly recommend this location!
Was on a road trip and my glasses broke. Happened to stop at the Starbucks next door & went into Longe while I waited. The staff was so friendly, put my screw back in and tightened my glasses in under 5 minutes. So grateful for their help & willingness to assist in a pinch so I could enjoy the rest of my weekend!
Had a great experience with Longe Optical. They openned at 9am and that's when my appointment was, but they had their doors open about 10 minutes early so I could come in and fill out some paperwork. The staff were very professional and helpful, and the store itself was clean and had a large selection of frames to choose from. If you're looking for a basic frame or something from a designer brand, they have you covered. I'll be getting my new glasses in a couple days and expect everything will be great.
Very nice and helpful, would recommend the lima location to everyone.
