Had a great experience with Longe Optical. They openned at 9am and that's when my appointment was, but they had their doors open about 10 minutes early so I could come in and fill out some paperwork. The staff were very professional and helpful, and the store itself was clean and had a large selection of frames to choose from. If you're looking for a basic frame or something from a designer brand, they have you covered. I'll be getting my new glasses in a couple days and expect everything will be great.
Very nice and helpful, would recommend the lima location to everyone.
I wish I can give this place more stars and this is manly because of the doctor he literally gave me and my son the best experience the Dr was kind and patient this day in age you don't see that all the time because people only care about the money but this doctor care about his customers if you want great eyecare come to this place it's beyond worth it I wish I would of came here sooner
I booked an appointment to try contacts again as it had been a super long time since I last tried them and I had an amazing staff member help! She worked with me to get them in and gave me a lot of advice when it came to putting the contacts in and taking them out. Huge huge HUGE shoutout to Ila W. for helping me out today! Ila was super sweet, supportive, and helpful! She was overall phenomenal!
