Everytime we have been there, they had excellent customer service, our glasses were ready within a week. When my hubby lost a lense they worked with our insurance to get it replaced and they are very patient when you have to bring your two yr old to your exam! Definitely would and do recommend.
They were nice at first, they told me it would only take 7-10 business days for my glasses to come in, its now been 3 weeks, Im VERY mad about that and they dont seem to mind. Once my glasses come in I will NOT be going back to them!!!
