What happened to the day when you cared about your customers? Stopped in today to pickup a prescription. 5 employees just standing around behind the counter. Can’t find any prescriptions. The girl says it must not be ready yet. I asked when it might be ready and doesn’t even bother to ask anyone or check just says check back after noon. I have been going to Longbella Drug for years. I have found it a really nice store with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely continue to use this pharmacy. Maybe instead of heading out to the pharmacy, place a friendly phone to see if your prescription is ready? I am sure that there are more than one or two that are being filled, maybe they fill them in the order they’re received? I will keep going back, it’s a necessity that we keep stores open
The staff are always more concerned with people who are not in the store. That's terrible customer service, should really deal with the people physically in front of you in your store!!
Prescription gets sent over from the doctor, I give them a few hours to fill it and head out. It's still not done and they can't find it. Then I have to wait 30 minutes for them to fill it. Last time that I had an Rx sent to them it was for an antibiotic that I needed the same day. I decided to call ahead of time to see if it was done, it took them over 6 hours to get it filled and ready. I will only go to them now when it is absolutely urgent and I can't get my meds mailed or head to the next town over from now on.
Can't get any kind of injection there or covid vacation eavin though there is a sine that says ask them about it but not there
