1 star is too much for this absolute joke of a company. Owes us £3500 for a car we sent back to them after it was brought as a gift but everything was wrong with it. Months of false promises excuses, and now no communication and being blocked I have had enough. I said I would not write this but they push too far. Someone needs to get this place shut down after they have paid us our money back
i know i will have no response to this from Longbeck motor company,but we have had a terrible experience with company,be wary using them,we have never seen a copy of our warranty,we are owed money from repairs we had done to a car we bought from them,and no luck,also we had no receipt for the car,and they had the DVLA chasing us for unpaid car tax on our old car we part exchanged with them as they never did the paper work.a nightmare.
All wind and p makes promises to refind money 12 month's later still waiting have reported to trading standards avoid like the plague!!!!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - CON ARTIST - Took my car for repairs and never returned leaving me without a car and £4,500 out of pocket. If it wasn't for the police intervention (2 months chasing!), the car would've never been returned. Constant lies, fake promises and excuses - caused financial and emotional stress. Horrendous! Formally Markse Motor Company they've had to change their name due to so many unsatisfied customers. Will sell unsafe cars and follow up with many false promises about how they're going to solve the issues. Will leave you hundreds of pounds out of pocket. Pay a bit more and go to a respectable dealer, it'll be more than worth it. The warranty is also not worth the paper it's written on.
