Needed to replace a HVAC. It was 20 years old and struggling to keep my home at 65 degrees during this past cold weather. I made a call to Rich on Thursday to look at the unit. He came out that day to see my unit. After we discussed several options he called me that evening and we settled on a replacement. My unit was replaced on Wednesday the following week. Called to schedule a fix for a leak on my hvak and the owner showed up within 30 min. He figured out the issue and had it back up and running. Having it fixed within an hour of calling, you can't get better service than that! Plus he's honest, friendly and local. I'll be a yearly customer for maintenance and any hiccups that may occur.
