Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible.I was supposed to get an order to do a Brain/head scan with a blood order.But when I was leaving, I never got a order for the blood.The CT or the MrI And how to Wait an extra month.Adjust for those orders to come through And it never came on paper.It was emailed to me went there for 3 months and couldn't find anything wrong with me. It is so frustrating to try to contact this office, both for medical reasons and also for billing issues. After numerous calls to the listed number and being shunted to call centers numerous times I am so frustrated. I appreciate that this practice may be busy and have issues with staffing during this pandemic. I also appreciate that they most likely have excellent medical training. However it does not make up for the issues I have experienced trying to resolve medication and billing issues. It is difficult to be comfortable... read more
