had a very disappointing experience at this park. My family and I were simply trying to enjoy our time together when my niece was riding her bike. Instead of politely explaining the rules, a staff member approached us with an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. There is nothing wrong with enforcing park rules, but there is a right way and a wrong way to speak to people. We would have gladly complied if the situation had been handled with basic courtesy.
