I felt unhappy with the treatment my family received from dr Bach. In my opinion there was a mistake on a prescription for an oxygen device and took days to correct it which resulted in very stressful situation. I felt it was way more difficult then should have been to get the problem resolved and literally took 2 days and multiple long phone calls to get it resolved. This wasn’t the level of service I felt should have been given.
