I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from this pharmacy. They were responsible for delivering my grandfather’s critical hospice medication, and despite clear confirmation and repeated communication, the delivery never arrived when it was supposed to. This wasn’t just an inconvenience, it caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult time for our family. This is literally the worst pharmacy ever. Unreliable. Not taking any request with a timely matter. Missed the delivery time for critical medicines often and we are tired of this. They are adding unnecessary stress to the patient and the family.
Absolutely horrible!!!! The most rude delivery person. Have asked several times not to deliver medications so late with a hospice patient …delivery person literally banging on door at 1230 in the morning. Unconscionable! Asked again and he is arguing with me at front door! Same delivery person also arguing with my sister on phone. No one should do this to sick patients and no one should be banging on doors after 10pm at night unless it’s emergent.
