I had a good experience with personnel, Christina and other staff were very professional and polite. Did not get the car that was actually assigned but the car that was issued worked well. I wish they had more San Diego area coverage to include all Ramona and Julian. Overall, I do recommend this car rental, they are honest and explain the rental contract, specifically the most important rules they have. Thank you Longterm car Rental for your service.
