Recently rented a car from Long Term Car Rental for 7 weeks. Customer service was excellent. Car was ready when we arrived, clean and in good shape. After reviewing car's condition and paperwork, we were quickly on our way. When I had questions during the rental, folks were responsive and helpful. Car was old but in good mechanical shape. My experience with Long Term Car Rental has been really good so far, i started renting a vehicle from them last year which has been super convenient and flexible. Their service is great, they send you payment reminders, and anytime you have any questions or car service/maintenance concerns they are here to help! Long Term Car Rental is less expensive than shipping a car across country and typical car rental. They are very helpful, patient with all my questions and very responsive. I travel to San Diego from Maine to spend winters near my grown children. I’ve rented from them for the past 3 winters and will do so again in 2026
