Doctor Gilbert provided outstanding care . He stood out with his extensive knowledge. We consulted three different doctors regarding our 7-month-old's condition. He took the time to hear my worries about my child. Setting us up an adequate treatment plan. I’m grateful he was able to see my little one promptly and referred us to the right specialist. We will requesting him from now on , He definitely had my child's best interest.
I can never get an appointment, the person who receives calls tells me to call a certain day and I call but can never get a hold of them.
My daughter works so for 13 years I’ve helped by taking my 13 year old Grandson to his doctor appointments. When we arrived today I was told only the parent could bring them in for wellness check and we needed to reschedule. He missed school to be here today. I was told I wasn’t even down as someone they could talk to. I got my daughter on face time and they still would not see him. She had to leave work and travel 25 miles. My daughters love seeing the physicians. The staff works hard, and takes so much rudeness but still try to put a smile on their face when greeting you. Very underappreciated for the work!!!!!
