This is my first month at the garage. the Garage is very safe and clean. I have no worries about leaving my car there for the entire day.
The horrible smell and puddles of urine in the stairwells needs to be addressed. The decent prices keep me coming back, but I get so grossed out by the pee in the stairwells. Wash it with a hose? Scrub some dish soap? It’s so disgusting.
Lots of space to park and a car wash attached.
Very clean, low rates, quick and easy payment.
I feel like my first review was deleted, this is the worst monthly parking experience in Columbus, it’s overpriced, and the gates never work. The online features are outdated and don’t work. The customer service line doesn’t help, it’s always someone else’s job. Don’t even bother writing the email they will post on the site as nobody will get back to you for like 3 business days.
