All the doctors here are lovely and always take care and time asking what's wrong with your health. The reception staff are efficient and kind. And I've always had positive experiences with the nurses who work here and the pathology staff. A lovely practice to look after me and my family's health.
Have been attending this medial clinic since they opened in 2012. Me: Chronic pain sufferer and mental health long term issues.. .. permanent complex medical management. Very pleasant and friendly service, well time managed and they kindly inform patients when changes occur promptly. Good to have a regular GP who I can see regularly for chronic pain and mental challenges who have a personal knowledge of my needs and care, if my GP is away I can easily get assistance from another GP in the clinic. I have complex medical issues, so am regularly at the practise I find all staff friendly and welcoming - a stark contrast to the centre I used to attend The doctors are caring and thoughtful We don’t always agree, but it’s always been respectful, which I find comforting I understand that professionals have a duty of care Generally in time, they see I know me best - I’ve had a lot of medical experience I highly recommend this practise
