Really happy with the service at Long St Automotive. They were honest, upfront about the pricing, and took the time to explain exactly what my car needed without trying to upsell me. They also managed to fit me in around my schedule, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and the brakes were done perfectly. Phil (owner) & Joe are both highly qualified mechanics. So much so that you know when you leave after a service that your vehicle is totally ready again for the road. They are both very passionate about what they do & what gives me peace of mind is that they will let you know if extra work is needed to be undertaken & let you decide, not just do it & then charge you regardless. They are both lovely guys; very friendly, approachable & efficient & totally professional. Highly recommended!
