I have been using them since 2015 to have my carpets cleaned once a year for general cleaning but twice so far this year due to cat issues. I have been using a special solution from them over the past year. When I needed a gallon I would call and they would drop it off the same day. They came out yesterday for a cleaning and spent a lot of time on certain troubled areas that required us to pre-treat the areas with a few gallons days prior to them cleaning. Af... read more
