I usually go there because of convenience, just next door. It's pretty expensive and with the 20% tip it's around $90 for a simple man hair cut. Quality is was always average. This time, last week, was different. Went there, paid the usual $90 with tips went back home. My wife saw me and says "It's not even, there is a small area with 2 centimeters difference". AJ is an amazingly gifted barber and a wonderful person to spend some time with. The entire barbershop has a lovely vibe which is very friendly and welcoming. I’ve searched for many years to find someone who could cut long hair just the way I want in New York City and AJ does an amazing job every time, I am so lucky to have found this place!!!
