We went to the restaurant on Saturday to try the Chicken and fish buffet. Take my advice, DON'T!!!! While the waitress was very sweet and attentive, the food should have been thrown out into the trash! What a huge Dissapointment. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and tuff. The fish was also tuff and you could tell it all had been cooked a long time in advance it was only around 5:30 pm when we entered the restaurant. We attempted to eat at Long Shoal Marina and Restaurant tonight. What a huge disappointment this was. My wife and I had been thinking about trying out their Saturday night chicken buffet all week. Tonight, we decided to give it a try. They advertised that they are open until 9:00 PM so when we arrived at 8:15, we figured we had plenty of time. We ordered our drinks and began perusing the menu. Excellent place to get done boating for a bit. Grab some awesome food and drink. Great Staff !!!
Stay away not feel safe
May 31 2025. Tornado this month caused the marina to unmoor from shore. Sad favorite place on lake closed until repairs made. Hopefully back open soon. Was counting on lunch there today. 🥲 tornado in this area really damaged a lot of places.
