I had an outstanding experience at Long’s Auto Repair & Body Shop on Harwin Drive in Alief, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing honest and reliable service. I called a few days before to get a quote for replacing the headlight assembly on my 2015 Honda Civic, and Kevin, their ASE-Certified mechanic, gave me a clear and fair price over the phone. Got in an accident and sustained some minor damages to my car. Long’s was able to pick me up, take my car to the shop, and I had it back within the week. Shlomi provided great service and was able to get me a deal on parts as well. Would highly recommend for any auto repairs in Houston.
Went to Long’s to get some body work done that required pulling out the dent and then bondo and paint. Amazing job done. Work was great and paint match is perfect. On top of that Mr. Long is very professional and his shop is very clean. Highly recommend!
They do a great job. Last year another car shop damaged the latch on the hood of my car when I went for an oil change and it ended up flipping open while I was driving on the freeway. I found their shop and came when he was about to close and he stayed open to help me secure it and had the parts ordered to fix it the next day. Yesterday I had to get the air compressor for my AC replaced and all 4 brake pads changed. He had my car ready today. This place is now my go to.
