I purchased the BugSlide spray they didn't have the biggest bottle in stock but they gave me 2 bottles that equals the biggest bottle. The shipping companies website tracking went from a estimated delivery date to saying they didn't know when it was going to be delivered. I contacted L.R.S and they got back to me almost instantly and assured me that if the shipping company has lost my order that they'll reship another order. I received my order and few days late. They changed the way they measure windshields since the last time i ordered one. Originally I ordered a 14” and it was to big. so the next time ordered it was 11.5 inch windsheild. Which to me would have been 2.5 inches shorter than my original 14. It wasn’t, the 11.5 is the exact same as there 14” they just changed the way they measue windshields and didnt inform anyone of this new system. Received the Wind Dagger gold acrylic series today. 11 inch, I am a 6 foot rider and it worked out perfect. Great fit and finish. Everything was drilled up exact and fit perfect. Does what it's supposed to, brings the air up-and-over my helmet as I ride and I can hear the radio better. Great team at thanks Steve for getting that order packed and shipped out within one day of my request. Not only is the product of fine quality so is the customer service. Jim B.
