Radio Swap We had Long Radio take out an AM/FM stock radio from our new 1986 Cavalier and replace it with an am/fm/cassette radio. They did a fast, clean job at a reasonable price. Cheaper than the dealer. That's why they are still in business today.
radios i purchased a car radio/compact disc player for a reasonable price and was able to wait in their comfortable waiting room while they professionally installed it. Its worked out great.
to expensive I feel they do good work. We have had several things installed by them and it was done well. The prices however are high. You can defiantly find the same items else where cheaper. I don't know of to many places that install, though.
Sirs This is the place to go to find what makes your car sound good, I have gone in there a few times and they seem to have the supplies to keep the systems running. Go there they have the parts.
Don't Care About Their Customers After They Make The Sale What a let down. I've had positive experiences in the past but last year I bought a Pioneer receiver for my car and while it worked fine for a while, it ultimately failed. A month and a half ago, I brought it in and they were very friendly, determined it was an issue with the radio and had to ship it to Pioneer. A month and a half later, still no radio. From the second I opened the door to long radio in West Springfield I was greeted and showed around. Very nice showroom all the toys I want for my car and yours plus more. I had a lot of work done to my car.. very nice head unit and sub and all the extra goodies to go along with it.. super clean install perfect perfect perfect is all I can say about the quantity of the work they did and will do in the future for me and if you choose to go head there.. Brought my truck in to have device installed. Brought it in at 1130 and was told that I would have to wait till after their hour long lunch (that started at 12). This is a job that would have taken 45 min to do since it was just done to my other vehicle a month ago. That job took 20 mins tops. This is unexceptable. You don't make your customers wait 3 hours for a job the would have taken 45 tops. Do the job THEN go to lunch. Priorities are screwed up here. It's now 230 and my truck STILL isn't ready. A few months ago I bought a back-up camera from Long Radio. They did a fantastic job, beyond what I excepted. The price was very reasonable for the installation and the quality of product. When I pick the car up, a tech came out and explained the system. It’s super easy to use. The install was done so well it looks like it came with the car. No issues, I would highly recommend them.
GREAT TEAM! GREAT SERVICE! GREAT PRODUCTS! I bought an Auto Start from Long Radio. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. The show room was very clean and well laid out. I am not very savvy when it comes to electronics but Aaron made my life easy with a simple explanation. No fuss, I made the appointment, dropped the car off, they called me when it was done.
