These guys are absolute life savers. My furnace went out in the dead if winter, late December and they sent guys out the same day who got it fixed right up. I will call on them again and would recommend them highly to anyone.
Please stay away from this company! Long prairie plumbing has serviced my house for over 20 years. We called about a leaking tub faucet. They sent out a young guy that couldn’t get the job done. Steve came out to help and they had to come back. Steve sent the young guy out again by him self for the third time. This guy replaced the tub faucet. We had an issue with our plumbing and they refused to look at any of the pipes or do anything, they literally pulled up said “ it’s your septic tank” then left. For context we had our septic tank pumped in may, we called them in July because their was a pipe leaking in our basement. We called the guy who pumped our septic tank in may and he had looked at it and said it wasn’t the septic tank. Regardless of this they still said it was our septic tank, we called our septic guy again and he pumped it. We still had the issue of ... read more
