After many years of ear aches, Dr Long fixed my TMJ with Invisalign!!! I have been pain free for 4 years!!! Awesome office staff and hygienists plus a warm environment make my visits easy. My cares and concerns are always addressed. Thanks!!!!
After they merged their business, I was told that I would finish my payment plan in August. However, I had a sheet of every payment I had made up to that point; according to this sheet, my payments were supposed to be finished by July. This was not a very pleasant experience for me, but I did enjoy their service and care when treating their patients.
From the moment I stepped in to Dr. Long's Orthodontics office, I was welcomed with extreme professionalism and attentiveness. From the sign in procedure until I left, the entire staff made sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. I have moved several times and have had to get work done in every city and there is no better orthodontist than Dr. Long.
