I can’t say enough great things about Long Energy. From the person who took my call, to the guys who came to replace the furnace. To notch, I wish I could give more stars.
Long Energy has a method of payment called load to load servicing. When your propane tank runs out of fuel, you pay the bill and more fuel is delivered. However, it was never explained to me that the information is not true, Apparently, I have 30 days to make the full payment. It's a holiday weekend and they decided to come to my home today and turn off the 50 pounds of propane I have left. Charged me an extra 160 dollars to turn it back on even though I paid $2oo in the last few weeks. So I called back and made the full pay... read more

Let me start off by saying how highly satisfied I am with Long Energy. I couldn’t recommend them enough. From Mike Russel the sales rep to the customer service center that answers the phone calls down to the techs specifically Jody ( hope I spelled that right) are AMAZING. I met Mike Russel a few years back with another company that I worked for and managed mobile home parks. Mike was always fast and efficient with getting the new mobile homes we were installing hooked up and ready to go. We now use Long Energy in our Centra... read more
