Everyone that I came in contact with at Long Chevrolet went out of their way to help a stranger, knowing I wouldn’t be a return customer. Had issues with my vehicle in the middle of a 1000 mile trip. The service department was near closing when I called and spoke to Riley. She advised me to come on in and they would run diagnostics and decide if I should continue with my trip.
