Mike Mull was so friendly, and asked all the right questions upfront about what I mainly was looking to purchase. I bought the very first vehicle he showed me. He walked me through the complete purchase. And met me at the door, when I brought back my trade in, vs me going into the dealership to find him! I will always use Mike!

I recently had recall work completed on my Ford F-150 through Long McArthur’s mobile service. While I appreciate the convenience of at-home service, the experience itself was frustrating. Went in to buy a used Escort. Austin started helping us. He showed us some vehicles and we wanted to take a look at it. He rounded it right up. Gave us a car fax report and all the details. Told him we would study overnight. Called in the morning to let him know we were coming to town to buy it. Sold a couple hours after we left. Good customer service. We just missed it.
