Hailee is an absolute amazing and kind person. I went to her because she told me that she can get my hair healthy and transition to blonde. My hair got amazingly healthy and I loved it but over a two year period of Hailee blonding/bleaching my hair by continuously pulling through my hair strands that were already blonde enough with bleach on every appointment my results are far from satisfying.
