We are very pleased with our windows and with Cory and Josh's crew that came and did a fantastic process with the installation. The detail in the installation process is top notch and 100% going to stand up to weather and looks for many many years. I'm very happy with the quality of these windows they are very nice and the look of the windows is amazing. One of the locks was catching on our bedroom window when the window open and shut. They came up and fixed it no charge very awesome under warranty and Thank you very happy.
The owner of Long Life (Kris) came and scoped out our plan for a custom door and window on our Lynn Valley Home. It was so easy working with him and he shared with us some valuable insights based on past projects and helped us sharpen the design for our entrance transformation. We were ecstatic with the outcome and the service and installation crew were top notch. We went with Long Life after receiving a few quotes from other companies. Long Life had done other windows in our complex and were very knowledgeable, polite, and easy to chat with during the first visit to view our old windows, so it was an easy choice. My experience having two floors of windows put into an old house was absolutely a breeze and a pleasure. Every point of interaction with Long Life Windows was excellent, from the initial home visit, communications with Chris to get the order in, notifications of when work would commence to the day-to-day coming and goings of the crew.
