We had several windows replaced a couple of weeks ago and the work done was excellent. When I connected with the sales guy (Justin) I tried to be really clear about what we wanted, and he seemed to get it. The work crew did exactly what they were supposed to do, and more. These guys actually left our place cleaner than when they got here and were respectful of us, the house, furniture, etc, at all times. I just had my windows and three sliding doors replaced by Long Life Windows in my townhouse. The three installers were absolutely fabulous and keep my house very neat and tidy during the install. I can’t believe how much warmer and quiet my home is. The whole process from beginning to end was totally painless.
