n 2014, we had half the windows of our 1937 house replaced by Long life. Five years later, we asked them to finish the rest of the house. They did a wonderful job and the process from start to finish was very smooth. This summer, we finally bit the bullet and replaced our external doors. We had our windows and patio door replaced in 2017. Long Life estimate was reasonable pricy and their quality and installation were superb. Over the years, Katie and Kris provided the best customer service on two occasions. One was to change to frosty glass of kitchen bay window for privacy on short notice. The other was to send their senior tech for free inspection of potential leak of an exterior wall for my insurance restoration wood floors. We just had some window replacements done in our 60's home. We can't say enough about how professional this company has been from the assessment, quote and measurements. They arrived on time, were very attentive to our home and communicated with us about each step of the job. Kind, polite and efficient. Highly recommend them, and they were very reasonable in their pricing. We had 3 quotes and chose them. So glad we did.
