When the maintenance dept wants you to bring your truck in on a Wednesday at 8am and they don’t even check it until Monday it is bad business. I had to call and get ugly, which I should not have had to do. I have never been to a place like that. They wouldn’t even call my husband back. Friendly people but if they tell you they'll fix something make sure you get it in writing!! I purchased a vehicle there paid cash agreed to a price as l9ng as they ordered the piece for the door on my car been 3 months haven't heard a word about it since!!
Called and made an appointment. Didn't wait 5 minutes and was pulled in for an oil change and tire rotation. Fast friendly and knowledgeable.
Brakes and rotors needed repairs. They was 700$ more than express oil. I can order factory parts off amazon for cheaper than their excuse well your getting factory parts. They dropped the price 400$ but at that point I said I’ll just pay your diagnostic fee and be gone to express oil. Soured me so bad I won’t ever buy a car from Long Lewis again.
