I got a manicure and a pedicure and while she was doing my manicure, I told her from Jump I one of my cuticles cut on my fingers. She kept trying to convince me to let her put the acrylic on first and then cut my cuticles. I’m like no, I want my cuticles cut first so that it lasts longer. I am very disappointed in the service. I have been coming here since before it changed ownership and giving that my usual person that does my nails stayed I kept coming. My daughter got her nails done exactly how she liked. Great customer service! The nail tech took her time to actually blend the powder to get the color my daughter wanted. The only reason I rate it a 4 star is because it took a looonngg time. Longer than I feel it should have. Overall, decent place.
