There are two major issues with this practice: location and patient treatment. 1. Location: The office is very difficult to access. There is no bus stop nearby, and parking is consistently unavailable. This creates a significant barrier for patients who rely on public transit or drive themselves. 2. Don’t recommend, instead of doing a proper check up on my grandma she decided to just keep sending her antibiotics multiple times and waited months before sending her for scans. Ended up going to the hospital to find out what was wrong.

Unfortunately the worst possible thing about them is attempting to contact them. Key word is attempt because it is quite literally a hell to get anything started by calling as you can tell with the lack of number listed on here. Even three hour before closing you can't call them because "they are no longer answering the phones or the lines are busy" , on a normal day you can call at 8am and still get put on hold and sometimes getting hung up on. It really sucks trying to set up appointments or just getting a referal faxed. :... read more
