The builders for this company did such a horrible job constructing the homes. If anyone has a problem, you can file a lawsuit with all the photo evidences. No one deserves this kind of dishonesty from builders and to move in into a home that isnt well constructed.
We should file a class-action lawsuit because they don't answer emails, nor do they take responsibility for the problems they create. I thought maybe it was just a few of us with problems with the houses, but since they don't take responsibility, I think we should enforce what they promise, like the structural guarantee, which leaves much to be desired when you live in the houses.
