After being in the house under 2 yrs. found that the roof had a leak that builder did not want to address, The inspection only gives you the service true enough, however this is something that the builder should be willing to address. The hole was there from day one and after sending photos to the builder showing this was something I couldn't see within the 1st year and going into the attic was not a key until the leak showed up - ended up costing me over 2k to repair. The 10 year structural warranty is a scam. We have severe foundation issues after being in the house for 3 years. No one will return a call. Estimates to repair the foundation are $80,000. I have 105 photos of defects.
