Do not buy a home here!!! They are beautiful but my family just closed two weeks ago and their toilet is not connected the warranty is trash because plumbers keep coming out and saying someone else will have to fix it then their backyard is flooded from poor drain system I. My loved one called crying today because of this the plumber came and seen to have started the job and left three holes in the wall hours ago didn’t say I’ll be back or nothing left and calls placed to the management go unanswered
I want to say thank you to Shane Mastren Sales Counselor at Long Lake Homes. Moving can be stressful and to a certain degree it was, but Shane and Company were great along the way. Shane from start to finish communicated well and in a timely manner to make sure we had all the information we needed. You made our move a pleasant one, blessings!

He was always friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to contact whenever I had questions—especially while my home was being built. His responsiveness and knowledge made the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable.
