We have lived here 5 years and our neighbors are The Best. The HOA here is very petty and pick about everything single thing you do to upgrade your home. We went through the proper process to do our driveway and got the run around from LongLake our builder and the HOA. So we decided to just do it since neither gave us an answer on who to fill out paperwork to get it done. We received a fine for that. Things just have ass done..You don't notice when you do your walk thru..I could I miss the closet door was put on wrong..Yes wrong instead of pulling out it swings inside the closet..I can't post pictures..We are seeing the nails and screws in the ceiling in o e bedroom u see 4 from the ceiling and in another I see 2 and in master we see 1
Been asking them to fix our lawn since the same day we bought the house. Standing water is not healthy with us having 2 kids and 2 dogs. It’s impossible to use the back yard and enjoy the house we bought. Our white grout inside has turned brown. This is as honest and calmly as someone can express this disaster of an issue. With a new born and dogs this has made our lives absolutely miserable. Spent thousands of dollars on cleaners and pressure washers.
