I liked the old LJS but I do not have any problem with the new look. The design of the new store allows more light and likely better cleaning. The chicken is still the same which is why I went. The fish tacos have way too much lemon in them though. They were out of Mac and cheese and I was bummed to find out they no longer have corn on the cob and now just have canned corn. The biggest issue I have at this location is the staff; they directed us to the self order kiosks which are so dirty they barely pick up the finger touch... read more
the food was ready quickly and the lady who was working in the front was very friendly and professional
5 star service. I had a problem with the app not taking my payment, and then when it finally did it deleted a promo code and I got charged the full amount for an order. The employees inside refunded me the amount when they didn't have to, and they were KIND. Plus, the food is always great and the new building is CLEAN. Nothing but good things to say about this location!
Definitely not as good as it used to be by far. The fish was naturally fillet, the fries were regular fries. Not even close now to the previous quality many years ago. I guess the economy hits the best of them.
