You have to go inside to order the long john silver food which is fine,but you'd expect when you do and it's not even very busy that they would get your order right. Ordered food that came with Cole slaw and went up and ordered a second Cole slaw side about 2 minutes later when I got our food and went out to the car realized later that they put zero Cole slaw in the bag,but definitely got charged for them. Sucks cause went out of my way to go there and food is decent.
Service is ok, but the food is consistent with expected results, good and tasty. It seems busy every time I've been and hardly anyone ever inside, it was clean and kept up but they were out of malt vinegar for fish which is really bad for me because I would rather have than tarter sauce.
Went in to get ljs. Was ignored at the counter despite trying to get someone's attention. Drive thru member was on their phone the entire time.
The staff was very friendly and the food was cooked fresh when ordered. You do have to go inside to order from the Long John's menu, but they were very prompt and had my to go order out in no time.
