These people that work at the Taco Bell in Salem never get anybody order right always missing items i bought a luxe box they only sent me nacho fries and cheese no drink no luxe box nothing very irresponsible crew members who don't consider customers will never order from this Taco Bell ever again the Disrespect is very loud too they see the sticker and they put on the bag and still don't do things correctly just ridiculous customer service no consideration at all.
Did take out the lady behind the counter was very pleasant and the food is cooked to order.
Quick advice: Order online and set to in-store pickup if you want to have a decent experience. Oh and do not go through drive-thru unless you are cool pulling forward and waiting 5 minutes with the gas running. The boys who work there now are young but they work diligently. The manager is kind and prioritizes customer satisfaction. This location has had a good share of rowdy employees who may have let their frustration out on a customer now and then but they had their good moments too.
