Went in for dinner, ordered at 7:45 never got drinks had to go back up and ask for our cups, after 30 min I asked about my food girl said it was a big order, it was 2 combos! And there was only 3 other people in restaurant, food didn't come up til 8:20 fish and chicken were way over cooked almost black, fries were cold and hard, cold slaw had turned sour. I was so excited too because there is no long johns where I live so haven't eaten there in yrs! Worst 26.00 dollars ever spent! Do better be better!
The fish n chips platter i ordered the fish had been refried...fries were lukewarm...Long John's is great if prepared properly otherwise its a complete deal breaker and a shame that they are all slowly closing because of issues like this...the chicken tenders from the kfc side were not fresh as well Overall disappointing experience
