I got some good fresh fish it was awesome

I don't normally leave a negative review I try to give a positive but today was awful. All tables were dirty, the staff were not friendly and the food was not edible. We left not being able to eat any thing but the fries. It wont let me post the pictures to show how dark brown the fried food was.
If I could leave a Zero 0 Star Rating I would! Checked time prior, drove 20 minutes to Ozark location pulled up to drive thru knew exactly what we wanted to order. Had an employee answer at the comm. We said the first part of our order then went completely silent and sat there in front of the screen with nobody talking us.
