You guys really need to do something about this location Third straight time with issues 10 mins in drive thru with no one answering the car ahead of me I pull out drive to Wendy’s .. get my food and I can see the same car is there still Why is this a common occurrence and what is being done to address
There is no notice telling you that interior restaurant and office are closed; so there are very long lines in the Drive-Thru. If you pull up to go to the drive-thru and then change your mind because it's taking a long time, don't leave the line because you can't get inside. There are no other choices. You'll lose your place and then you'll have to start all over again and the lines are very slow. I imagine it must be tough to run a business right now.
